The Impact Hub is a global network as well as a flexible working space and learning environment for social entrepreneurs. They are located in more than 81 cities and support over 15000 members who have a shared focus on creating a positive impact.
The strategic marketing plan was written for The Hub Rotterdam, to specifically increase the member growth to a healthy capacity. It included an in depth internal and external analysis to understand the situation and followed up with a recommended strategy and detailed recommendations to the marketing mix. This included increasing member loyalty, to lighten and expand the workload of the management at the same time as shifting the focus of communications to attract new members.
