The Impact Hub is a global network as well as a flexible working space and learning environment for social entrepreneurs. They are located in more than 81 cities and support over 15000 members who have a shared focus on creating a positive impact. A strategic communications plan was written for the growth of Impact Hub Rotterdam.
The strategic marketing plan was written for The Hub, to specifically increase the member growth to their capacity. It included an in-depth internal and external analysis to understand the situation and followed up with a recommended strategy and detailed recommendations. The core recommendations revolved around increasing member loyalty, to lighten and expand the workload of management at the same time as shifting the focus of communications to attract new members.
